I'm very excited to be showcasing 2 very fine single origin beans at this Saturday's famous Glenbrook Markets.
Dharma - India Elephant Hills. This special single origin bean is grown in the Thalanar region of India famous for not only coffee, but also cardamom and citrus.This gives a hint to the subtle spices present in this bean.
Hilina - Ethiopian Yirgacheffe. From the ancestral homeland of the coffe bean, this highly sought after single original bean is grown in the southern Sidamo region of Ethiopia where the crop has been hand sorted twice.
