From the ancestral homeland of the coffee bean, this highly sought after single original bean is grown in the southern Sidamo region of Ethiopia where the crop has been hand sorted twice.

Roasted to a medium colour to retain the complex bright, floral notes that makes this bean famous. Finished off with a chocolate and citrus lingering aftertaste this bean is perfect for espresso and milk coffees alike. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Best consumed after 3 days from roasting. The character will continue to develop for up to 3 weeks when the full flavours will stabilise.
