Grown in the rich volcanic soil in the Western Highlands of Papua New Guinea, this is roasted darker to bring out the strong cocoa flavours and dark berry aromas. This makes a deep espresso or a rich latte.
Roasted to a dark colour to bring out the rich, earthy, cocoa flavours. This bean is perfect for espresso and milk coffees alike. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Best consumed after 3 days from roasting. The character will continue to develop for up to 3 weeks when the full flavours will stabilise.
