Runakay is a word in the Quechuan (Incan) language spoken in the Oxapama region of Peru where this Ceja de Selva is grown. It is translated as "Humanity"
Grown at over 1,800 metres, this is roasted darker (full city) to enhance this bean's lingering chocolate flavours. This is perfect in a latte or moccha and blends superbly with our Hilina Ethiopan Yirgacheffe to create a blend that is both bright and fruity on the front pallet, as well has full bodied and lingering.
