This special single original bean is grown in the Thalanar region of India famous for not only coffee, but also cardamom and citrus.
PRODUCT INFO
It is the combination of the cardamom and citrus in the region that gives a hint to the subtle spices present in this bean. It is roasted with a medium profile, then combined with 20% dark roast which results in a clean, balanced coffee which is both sweet and bold - with cocoa and nut lingering pallet. Perfect as both an espresso or latte.
Best consumed after 3 days from roasting. The character will continue to develop for up to 3 weeks when the full flavours will stabilise.
